WATER PUMP > ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

1. REMOVE FAN & GENERATOR V BELT

  1. Remove the fan and generator V belt (Click here).



2. INSPECT WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

  1. Turn the pulley and check that the water pump bearing moves smoothly and quietly.
    If necessary, replace the water pump assembly.

  1. Make sure that there are no coolant leaks from the water pump housing.
    If necessary, replace the water pump assembly.



3. INSTALL FAN & GENERATOR V BELT

  1. Install the fan and generator V belt (Click here).
